General outreach cycle plan: 
First quarter- Prepare and host an in-person six-week Anxiety and Depression Relief workshop.
Second quarter- Host a 13 Weeks to Peace book club. 
Third quarter- Host a 13 Weeks to Love book club. 
Fourth quarter- Host a 13 Weeks to Joy book club.
